Does the service include technicians?
Yes. Our technical crew handles the set-up, runs everything during the event and takes it all down afterwards.
Are transport, set-up and collection included?
Yes: we bring the equipment, set it up, do the sound check and collect it when the event is over. Outside County Dublin, a travel supplement applies depending on the distance.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance, and earlier in high season (May to September and December). If your event is coming up soon, get in touch: depending on availability, we can often help.
Do you work outside Dublin?
Yes, across the whole island of Ireland, including Northern Ireland.
What do I need to provide?
Just the power supply and access to the venue. If the event is outdoors or the venue doesn't have enough power, we take care of the generator.
Can you work with the venue's own equipment?
Yes. We check the equipment the venue already has and, if it meets your event's needs, we add whatever else is required.
Do you do a technical site visit?
Yes. For large or complex events we arrange a technical site visit to check the power, access and space. The site visit has an additional cost.
How do I book?
We send you a tailored proposal. To book the date you pay 40%, and the remaining 60% 24 hours before the event.
